ProSense · a human-centered company turning engineering into revenue

Enterprise systems freed from corporate bullshit.

Through 2024 we sold discovery phases and billed by the hour. Now you buy a working system at a price fixed before we start, with the end date written into the contract.

If our estimate is wrong, the extra weeks are on us.

Four weeks at a price fixed before we start. Either side can stop at the end of week one.

A one-page product spec with the scope, the price and the dates, 48 hours after a 30-minute call. Free.

Three problems companies hire us for

For CEOs, CFOs and CMOs who stopped trusting the reports

Your sales and finance teams show different revenue for the same week.

We find where the two figures split, fix how the numbers are collected and build one funnel that every team reads the same way.

For marketing, product and operations heads with no engineers of their own

Your request is in the IT backlog, scheduled for next year.

We turn the request into a one-page spec with an owner and a date, and ship it within weeks, without taking hours from your IT team's plan.

For CEOs and COOs who were told to “do AI”

Your AI pilot is six months old and nobody can name its result.

We wind it down and start again from one routine task, the one that costs your team the most hours. You judge the result by a number you already track.

How a project starts

Four weeks at a time, so either of us can say no early.

Every project starts with one four-week sprint, priced before day one. At the end of week one either side can stop. You then pay a quarter of the sprint price, or nothing if you found the week useless.

  • Week one

A link to the work in progress. On data and AI projects, a map of how things run today and a baseline of your numbers.

  • Your accounts

The code we write for you is your company's. The repository, domain, cloud and analytics accounts are in its name from day one.

  • Claude, reviewed

Claude, Anthropic's AI model, writes most of our code. An engineer reviews every change before it reaches you.

Our method

Before we design a screen, we agree on the number the work should move.

We call it Data-First Development. Asia Solnyshkina, our founder, wrote about the principle in Entrepreneur in December 2025. In a sprint it comes down to four things you get.

  1. 1

    Reality contract

one page with the result, the price, the date and what week one must show

  2. 2

    Evolutionary PRD

the product spec, kept up to date as the work teaches us

  3. 3

    Staging in week one

the work in progress, open in your browser by the end of week one

  4. 4

    Exit kit

what another team needs to take the work over

Tell us where your project is stuck.

The call takes 30 minutes. You talk to Asia Solnyshkina and the architect who would lead your project. If another team would suit you better, we say so on the call.

Start with a four-week sprint

On a 30-minute call you tell us the problem. Then you get a one-page reality contract: the result, the price, the end date and what week one must show.

At the end of week one either side can stop. You then pay a quarter of the sprint price, or nothing if you found the week useless.

Start with a free Live PRD

On a 30-minute call you tell us the problem. Within 48 hours Asia Solnyshkina and the architect who would lead the work send you a one-page product spec (PRD) with the scope, the price and the dates.

The spec is a living document: if you start a sprint, we keep this same page up to date. If you do not, the page is yours, and any team can work from it.
